Tadoussac HI Youth Hostel (Maison Majorique) invites you to enjoy its relaxed and friendly atmosphere while you're visiting this exciting region of Québec.

Established in 1974, thousands of people have adopted the Hostel and the enchanting village of Tadoussac as their temporary home. 

The 20^th anniversary in 1994 saw the Hostel completely re-built and enlarged thanks to the work of many dedicated and skilled volunteers.

The result today is a fully equipped, modern and spacious facility providing a variety of accommodation for travelers regardless of age, background or nationality.

Part of the Hostelling International and Tourisme Jeunesse networks, our friendly team invite you to visit during any season as we're open all year round, 24 hours a day.

By car

- From Montreal... East Hwy 20 or 40 until Québec City.
- From Québec City... East Hwy 138 to Tadoussac.
- Allôstop car sharing... Québec City (418) 522-0056

By bus

- Links from Toronto, Montreal, Quebec City, Chicoutimi, Baie-Comeau.

By ferry

- Rivière-du-Loup to St-Siméon... Seasonal, no booking necessary (2-5 departures daily).
- Trois-Pistoles to Les Escoumins... Seasonal, booking preferable (2-3 departures daily).

Finding Us

It's easy ! The ferry across the Saguenay Fjord (free) will leave you on Rue Bateau Passeur (Highway 138)... we're on the first corner you come to.
